Scope of Services

Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC  is a consulting firm that helps establish businesses, web design, social media, podcasting, radio, distribution and consulting in the arts and business field..  All communication will be based on the inquiry given and the products you want to discuss.

Enrollment in our text messaging program is only available through our online webform found at https://emmalynndowdenterprise.com on our homepage. Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise does not accept any other form of enrollment. Unless you use this form you will not be able to receive text messages, marketing or service related texts from Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (813) 587-1142. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive periodic texts from us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We and your wireless provider will not be liable for losses or damages that come from: a message not delivered, a message delivered late, or a message that goes to the wrong number

Type of texts you may receive are marketing related: new products, new services and other marketing material and account related: payment due, change in services, service active, service cancelled, and other related texts.

Age Restriction (18+)

Our website, services, and communications are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

By accessing this website, submitting personal information, or opting into communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under the age of 18.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18, we will promptly delete such information.

Deposits & Payments

Before any work, consulting, or purchasing materials occurs; the client will receive a contract that must be signed and returned to the Corporate Office along with a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason. The balance must be paid in full before the contract is considered fulfilled.

Clients may opt-in to a payment schedule for ongoing services. They can pay the year, 6 month, quarterly or monthly payment as agreed upon in the contract. Failing to make a payment will result in a pause and/or cancellation of services per the contract with no refunds.

Sharing or Selling Personal Information

Per our Privacy Policy "We Do Not Share Your Data" We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We only share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for any other purpose."

No Obligation Clause

For a consult and/or proposal, Client is under no obligation to purchase any product or service with Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC.

Look Period

Clients have a 15 day period in which they can look over the final product or contact. Failure to cancel in writing after the 15 days will make the contract binding considering the product approved. Cancelling within the 15 days by writing will give you the refund of the remaining 50% paid.

Ownership

Copyright and intellectual ownership of any product/service which includes: (graphics, websites, domains, produced video, produced audio and other like products) remains the property of Emma Lynn Dowd Enterprise, LLC. until the contract is fulfilled.

Opt-Out

Client has the right to opt-out of any emails (newsletters, bulk email) by hitting unsubscribe and from any text correspondence by replying STOP to the message at any time. Once opted-out of our lists, the client will have to resubscribe to receive further correspondence. Signing up for text and email correspondence is not a requirement for purchase.
